ABOUT Eggless Gajar-Methi-Badam Chocolate Cake RECIPE

The cake depicts Mother Earth with the White part being the Ocean ( the topping of candy studs being the precious stones), the Dry Fruit is the desert and the greenery shows Fertile Area. Health Benefits: The Organic carrots, almonds are good for eyes. The Raisins are useful as a remedy for hypotension/low B.P. Pure cocoa powder is good for heart. This recipe is good for people who are lactose intolerant and vegan.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For Cake Batter - 2 Cups Organic Whole Wheat Flour
  2. (2 1/2 ) Cups Sugar Powder
  3. 4 tablespoon Pure Cocoa Powder ( without milk content)
  4. 1/2 Cup Organic Carrot Juice
  5. 2 tablespoon Organic Fenugreek leaves Juice
  6. 2 tablespoon Caramel Sugar
  7. 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  8. Vanilla Essence- 3 or 4 drops
  9. 3/4 cup almond butter
  10. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  11. 3 teaspoon Baking Powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  13. For Cake Dressing: For First Part - 2 Tablespoon Grated Organic Carrot
  14. Organic Fenugreek leaves as required
  15. For Second Part - 2 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  16. 4 Tablespoon Sugar Powder
  17. 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk
  18. For Third Part - Almonds & Raisins as required
  19. For Candle - 3 layers of Mango Jelly (rolled)
  20. Pure Cocoa powder for smearing the roll
  21. Organic Carrot slice as wick
  22. Almond butter as Melting Wax

Instructions

  1. Sieve Whole Wheat Flour. Add Baking powder,salt to the flour.Now Sieve Twice. Pre heat Oven for 15minutes at 180 degree Centrigrade .
  2. In the meanwhile, take a Bowl, pour the Carrot juice,almond butter, Fenugreek leaves juice, Almond milk,Caramel Sugar,Vanilla Essence & Sugar Powder. Stir Well so that there should not be any lumps/bubbles.
  3. Now Slowly add the prepared Flour to this mix and stir properly. Note that no lumps are formed & blend the mix thoroughly.
  4. Take the cake mould, grease with vegetable oil. Sprinkle some organic wheat flour.
  5. Transfer the batter into half of the greased mould. Bake it for approximately 45-50 minutes .
  6. Let the cake cool for some time.
  7. Directions for the Icing preparation : Take a bowl, add 2 tablespoon of Almond butter , 1 teaspoon of Almond milk,4 tablespoon of Sugar Powder. Blend thoroughly.
  8. Apply (1/3)rd part of the cake with this icing using a Brush.Dress it with home made sugar candy studs.
  9. Now Dress the other (1/3)rd part with Dry Fruits and raisins. Then dress the last part with grated organic carrot and fenugreek leaves.
  10. Cut the cake into pieces and serve the healthy cake.
