Sablé Butter Flavoured

Ingredients to make Sablé Butter Flavoured

  • 1 cup yellow butter
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 6 tbsp maida
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops

How to make Sablé Butter Flavoured

  1. Mix butter and sugar till fluffy in a bowl.
  2. Add maida, chawal ka atta, salt and vanilla essence.
  3. Kenad to make a dough.
  4. At this stage, the dough will be too sticky but don't worry.
  5. Keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  6. Now take out dough from refrigerator. Make in a cylinder shape and again put in the refrigerator for 10 more minutes.
  7. Now take out from refrigerator, give the desired shape or cut out circles. Dust icing sugar on it and bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  8. Cool and store in an airtight jar.

My Tip:

Butter should be at room temperature.
