Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250gms wheat flour
  2. 250gms pure ghee
  3. 450 gms jaggery
  4. 50gms sugar
  5. 250gms Almonds
  6. 250gms desi edible gum (gaund)
  7. 250gms grated coconut
  8. One litre milk
  9. 100 gms saunf
  10. 150 gms dry ginger powder ( saunth)
  11. 150 gms peepramul (ganthoda)


  1. Take a pan boil milk and add coconut in it.
  2. Heat another pan add ghee in it and roast wheat flour and edible gum. Roast till it turns golden in colour
  3. Once it's roasted off the flame and keep it aside.
  4. Once milk and coconut is boiled and the mixture has thicken then add sugar and jaggery.
  5. Now once the mixture forms a thick sauce type then add roasted flour and gum.
  6. Then add almonds pieces.
  7. Boil this for 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Then switch off the Flame. Take it aside add saunf, dry ginger powder, peepramul.
  9. Garnish with almonds.
