Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cups Whole wheat flour
  2. Warm Water
  3. 1tbsp Oil
  4. salt
  5. For Stuffing
  6. 3 Potatoes (cooked & mashed)
  7. 250grams Minced meat
  8. 2 Onions (chopped)
  9. 2 Green chillies (chopped)
  10. 1/2tsp Garam masala powder
  11. 1/2tsp Fennel seed powder
  12. 1/4tsp Turmeric powder
  13. Salt
  14. Oil
  15. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take the wheat flour,oil and salt together in a bowl,add the warm water and knead everything as a stiff and smooth dough,keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Pressure the minced mutton meat with half cup of water and turmeric powder upto 3 whistles. Strain the cooked water from the meat and keep aside.
  3. Heat enough oil, fry the fennel seed powder, add the chopped onions,chopped green chillies and saute for few minutes until the onions turns transculent.
  4. Add the cooked minced meat,mashed potatoes,garam masala powder,salt and cook everything in simmer until the minced meat-potato gets well coated with the masala.
  5. Add the chopped coriander leaves to the potato-minced meat filling and put off the stove,keep aside and let it cool completely.
  6. Make medium sized balls from the dough.
  7. Flatten them as parathas with the rolling pin. Drop enough filling, bring the edges of the paratha towards the middle and wrap it as rectangles. Press the edges nicely.
  8. Heat a tawa, drop this paratha over the hot tawa, drizzle few drops of oil. Cook on both sides until the paratha gets well cooked.
