ABOUT Suva/Dill kheema RECIPE

Chicken mince cooked with onion pepper,gingergarlic and salt. Add to it a handful of Suva bhaji/Dill as its called.takes the chicken mince to a different level of healthy food and tasteful too.clean chop and add to the cooked kheema ,again cook for ten minutes to keep nutrients intact.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100gms or 1cup chicken kheema
  2. 1cup suva chopped
  3. 1 onion chopped fine
  4. 1 small tomato chopped
  5. 1tblspn ginger garlic paste
  6. 1tblsn oil
  7. 1tspn ghee
  8. 1 green chilli chopped
  9. salt to taste
  10. 1 tspn red chilli powder kashmiri
  11. 1/2tspn pepper
  12. 1/2 tspn garam masala


  1. Wash chickenkheema keep in collander
  2. Chop onion fine
  3. Heat oil in cooker,add 1 onion chopped
  4. Add 1 cup washed kheema ,salt pepper ginger garlic paste
  5. Stir add 1 cup water,cook in pressure 5 minutes
  6. Chop tomato and Suva bhaji fine keep aside
  7. Now heat ghee in a pan add 1 chopped tomato,saute
  8. Add cooked kheema now
  9. Add all dry spices and Suva bhaji now
  10. Stir cook well cover 5-8minutes on slow
  11. As it's drying up roast a little
  12. Remove in a bowl garnish as preferred to serve hot with roti parantha
