Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For kidney beans ( rajma ) masala - rajma 2 cups
  2. oil one table spoon
  3. onions two finely chopped
  4. Garlic half tea spoon
  5. Two tomatoes pyuri
  6. tomato sauce one table spoon
  7. salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder one tea spoon
  9. Cumin seed powder one tea spoon
  10. For uncooked salsa - tomatoes two finely chopped
  11. Green chili one finely chopped
  12. Green onion one table spoon finely chopped
  13. coriander finely chopped
  14. salt to taste
  15. Sugar half tea spoon
  16. Chili flacks half tea spoon
  17. Oregano one tea spoon
  18. For tacos - all purpose flour ( maida )one cup
  19. One cup wheat flour ( aata )
  20. salt to taste
  21. water as required
  22. Red cabbage, coriander, tomato sauce for garnishing


  1. Take a wok and heat oil
  2. Add onions and garlic saute for one minute
  3. Add tomato pyuri
  4. Add tomato sauce
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder, Cummin seeds powder
  6. Add rajma ( kidney beans ) and press with back of spoon and keep aside
  7. Now take a bowl add finely chopped tomatoes
  8. Add green chili
  9. Add green onion
  10. Add coriander , salt, sugar , chilli flacks,
  11. Add oregano and press with back of spoon keep aside
  12. Now take a bowl add maida and aata
  13. Add salt and water and knead a dough
  14. Grease with ghee
  15. Make chapati roosting both the side
  16. At serving time microwave chapatis for two minutes
  17. Now take tacos add rajma masala
  18. Add uncooked salsa
  19. Tomato sauce
  20. Red cabbage and coriander
  21. Serve hot
