Pne halwa that gives me immense comfort is pur Gajar halwa.Absolutely love it as it is.Sometimes topped with Feesh malai taste super yum too

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Red carrots 1/2 kg grated finely
  2. Sugar 1/4 cup
  3. Condense milk 2 tbsp
  4. Full fat milk 1/2 ltr
  5. Raisins handful
  6. Pure Ghee 6 tbsp
  7. Chopped nuts for garnish as much as u want

Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots
  2. Heat the full fat milk and let it cool.When the thick layer of malai forms that is when we will use the milk
  3. Cook the grated carrots with our malai wala milk
  4. Cook till the entire milk evaporates
  5. Add sugar ,raisins and condense milk and Cook
  6. Now add the ghee and fry the halwa till golden brown
  7. Serve hot garnished with nuts
