Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled eggs 10 to 12
  2. FOR GRAVY
  3. Whole zeera 1 tsp
  4. Rai 1 tsp
  5. Gg paste 1 tbsp
  6. Roasted sesame power 1 tsp
  7. Roasted peanut pwdr 1 tsp
  8. Tomato puree of 3 cut tomatoes
  9. Tamarind paste 1 tsp
  10. Cream 1 tbsp
  11. Onion 1 red medium chopped
  12. Few curry leaves
  13. Dry spices-
  14. Red chillies pwdr 1 tsp
  15. Turmeric pwdr 1 tsp
  16. Dhania pwdr 1 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  19. Fresh dhania 2 tbsp chopped
  20. Green chillies 2 to 3
  21. Garam masala pwdr
  22. Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add two and zeera
  2. Add curry leaves and the onions
  3. Add gg paste ,garam masala pwdr and the sesame and the peanut pwdrs
  4. Add turmeric and chillie pwdr,
  5. Add the green chillies
  6. Add the tomato puree and saute
  7. Add the tamarind paste And mix
  8. Add the cream and add the boiled eggs
  9. Cook till oil separates
  10. Finally add the dhania pwdr and the kasuri methi
  11. Garnish with chopped dhania
  12. Cook for 2 more min
  13. Serve hot with chapati/rice
