Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup moong dal
  2. 1 cup rice
  3. Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  4. Ghee 1/2 tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Gren chilli 2
  9. Red chilli dry 2
  10. Carrot 1
  11. Cauliflower little
  12. Green peas 1/2 tbsp
  13. Potato 1
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash daal and rice nicely
  2. Heat ghee in a cooker
  3. Crackle cumin seeds and dry red chilli ,add asafoetida in it
  4. Add chopped veges salt
  5. Add turmeric powder
  6. Add both dal and rice
  7. Roast for some time
  8. Add water as desired
  9. Close the cooker
  10. Take 2 whisles
  11. Yummy healthy khichadi ready to be served.
