Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless Chicken cubes medium 1/2kg
  2. Butter 2 teaspoon
  3. Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoon
  4. Orange sauce as required
  5. Green sauce as required
  6. Bamboo skewers soak in water
  7. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  8. cornflour 2 teaspoon
  9. Vinegar 1teaspoon
  10. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  11. For the Orange sauce: Carrot 1
  12. Tomato puree 1 teaspoon
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  15. Fresh cream few tbsp
  16. Garlic cloves a few
  17. Red bell pepper 1
  18. Red chilli dry 1
  19. Vinegar a little
  20. Oil a little
  21. Green Sauce: Green chillies as per taste
  22. Capsicum 1
  23. Garlic cloves a few
  24. Salt as per taste
  25. Coriander 1/2 bunch
  26. Fresh cream as required
  27. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. For making orange sauce: Grind all the ingredients in the grinder. Remove sauce in a bowl.
  2. For green sauce: Grind all ingredients and remove the sauce in a bowl, keep this aside.
  3. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, salt, cornflour, mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. After that thread this marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Take these skewers and grill them with some melted butter. Remove on a paper towel.
  5. Pour green sauce on skewers. Pour orange sauce on another. Use mayonnaise on third skewers. Use all sauces for different look of chicken.
