Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onions medium 3
  2. Garloc pods 5 to 6
  3. Tomatoes 3
  4. DRY SPICES
  5. Basil pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. Oregano 1 tbsp
  7. Garlic pwdr 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. Eggs 3 to 4
  11. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic not he chopper
  2. Heat olive oil and add the onion and garlic
  3. Saute till onions are pink
  4. Add the dry spices and mix
  5. Chop the tomatoes not the same chopper and add it to the onion mix
  6. Saute for 2 mins
  7. Drop eggs over the onion tomato mix
  8. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  9. Cover and let the eggs cook in the steam
  10. Serve with toasted bread
