Stuffed Bread Pakora

Ingredients to make Stuffed Bread Pakora

  • 8 bread slices
  • 150 gram of besan
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 5 medium size boiled potatoes
  • One teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. Chat masala
  • 1/4tsp. of haldi powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Carom seeds.
  • 250 gram Refined oil
  • 3 tbsp. of chopped green coriander leaves
  • 3 finely chopped green chillies
  • 2-fried green chillies with slit in center
  • 4 tbsp of green coriander leaves chutney
  • 4 tbsp of tamarid-jaggery chutney
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

How to make Stuffed Bread Pakora

  1. first of all boil potatoes peel them grate them and roast them in a little oil with half of spices in it with half of coriander leaves.
  2. Then take 2 slices apply green chutney on one slice and tamarind chutney on another slice then spread those roasted potatoes on it and cover it & cut it in any of your desired shape.
  3. Now take a big bowl & put Besan in it and all rest of spices and make a medium paste with the help of water.
  4. Now dip those stuffed bread slices in besan and fry them in hot oil
  5. Fry them from both the sides. Take them out on kitchen towel. Place them in serving plate with chutney's of your choice.
  6. Sprinkle little chat masala on it.

My Tip:

Double fry the bread pakoras for extra crispiness.
