ABOUT Bread Pudding (Made from Bread and Eggs) RECIPE

This recipe is yummy with butter, too good.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 cups bread edges
  2. 1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
  3. 3 cups Sugar syrup
  4. 1/2 cup butter
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add butter and cinnamon powder, mix it with your hand.
  2. Soak the bread edges in sugar syrup for a few minutes. Mix well to ensure the syrup coats the bread completely. Add in the cinnamon butter and mix again.
  3. Serve, garnished with crushed nuts and fresh cream.
