ABOUT Chilli Paneer RECIPE

Most loved and relished too is my quick chilli paneer .with minimal seasoning and cooking this paneer dish is my most comfotablbly done from the school days of my kids to now when theyre at work and visit me .Ajust 3 ingredients mainly 5 minutes of chopping 5 minutes to 8 in cooking and we are done with a tasteful dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8-10 Pieces paneer
  2. 1 big capsicum
  3. 1 bulb spring onion
  4. Some scallions
  5. 1 tspn ginger garlic chopped or paste
  6. 1 green chilli slit optional
  7. 1tblspn olive oil(any will do though)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspn red chilli flakes or powder as available
  10. 1tblspn corn flour
  11. 1 -2 tb lspn Dark soy sauce
  12. Some corriander to garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and Chop long thick pieces of capsicum
  2. Make square pieces of Paneer
  3. Chop onion bulb and scallions
  4. Heat 1 tblspn olive oil in pan saute onions , scallions and ginger garlic
  5. Add paneer and capscum with green chilli now
  6. Add salt ,stir fry 2 minutes
  7. Take 1 tblspn corn flour add water to make slurry
  8. Add red chilli powder and 1tblspn dark soy sauce to this
  9. Mix cornflour slurry well and add stirring to the paneer capsicum
  10. Add 1cup water to let all cook well again
  11. Remove in bowl keeping desired consistency of gravy
  12. Garnish with coriander and serve
  13. PmAdd the salt
