ABOUT Aloo Makha (Mashed Potatoes) RECIPE

A simple and a yummy mashed potato curry which Bengalis usually have with plain steamed rice or as a side dish with rice-dal combination. So here is my version of this yummy dish. You can also have it with parathas. When time is short, this is the best and the easiest comfort food one can have. It can also be served as a spread on chapatis, rolled like a frankie for a snack on the go or as a lunch box meal.
