Palak pakora is a very famous indian snack specially in winters.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram spinach
  2. 150 gram Gram flour
  3. 3-4 chopped green chillies
  4. 250 gm oil to deep fry
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1/2 spoon garam masala


  1. Wash spinach and chop it finely.
  2. Now mix Salt , green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala and gram flour in chopped spinach.
  3. Don't add water, Mix well it will become a tight dough.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Make small pakora size bill from batter and flattened it a little.
  6. Now deep fry pakora on medium sim flame.
  7. When it become little golden take them out.
  8. Your crispy pakora is ready to serve
