In winter we can use raw termaric as antibiotic for our abdomen.we get relif from body pain , cold and cough. Seasonal dish for each and all .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw termaric 100 gms
  2. curd 100 gms
  3. ghee 50 gms
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Green peas 1 hand full
  6. garlic 6/7 pods
  7. jeera 1/2 tblspn
  8. Chili powder as per taste
  9. dhania powder 1/2 tblspn
  10. jeera powder 1/2 tblspn
  11. Garam masala 1/4 tblspn
  12. Star annece 1/2


  1. Clean and great the termaric and garlic separately and Add chili powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder in curd.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera, whole spices and garlic one after another.
  3. Add the greated termaric and fry in low flame till termaric get cook and ghee get separate.
  4. When ghee get separate add spice mix curd and green peas and stir continuously in high flame so that the curd will not leave water and the creamy texture will be there.
  5. Cook continuously with steering...
  6. Cook until the texture get thick and ghee separates . Now u can have it with roti or rice like chutney
