Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full cream milk 1 kg
  2. Gobinda bhog rice 50 gm
  3. Dates jeggery 100 gm
  4. Cashew nuts:- 10-12 piece
  5. Raisin:- 3 tbsp
  6. Bay leaves 1-2 piece
  7. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  8. Ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat deep pan and boil the whole milk. Continously stir and boil and make the milk quantity is half.
  2. Then add cashew and raisin and cardamom powder.
  3. Add rice and stir. Cover and cook it almost 15-20 min till the rice almost done. Then add pure ghee and stir.
  4. Then the kheer complitely cool then add dates jggery and nice stir.
  5. Garnishing some cashew and almond.
