ABOUT Til Gud Paare RECIPE

My mom always used to make these as snacks and i just loved them.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  2. ghee 2 tbsp for moan
  3. salt a pinch
  4. Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
  5. Elachi pwdr 1 tsp
  6. jaggery 100 grms soaked in water
  7. ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Take the flour ,add the ghee,salt,elachi pwdr
  2. Rub the ghee in the flour
  3. Soak the Jaggery in little water,do not add more we just want the Jaggery to melt and use the water for binding
  4. Use this Jaggery water to make a stiff dough
  5. Roll.the dough and cut into diagonal or desired shapes
  6. Fry in ghee on slow flame till golden brown on both sides
  7. Enjoy them when they are still warm
  8. Stays well for up to 3 weeks
