Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup rice
  2. 1 cup usna rice
  3. 11/2 cup udad daal
  4. 1/2 tspn fenugreek seeds
  5. 4:to 5;tspn oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Wash udad daal n rice properly Add fenugreek seeds in rice soak both separately for 4 to 5 hrs
  2. Grind both rice n udad dal separately then mix n keep in a large bowl secret trick is also there when u grind rice add 1 cup of boiled rice it will help to make more fluffy idlis
  3. Keep grinded mixture overnight for fermentation
  4. Morning when it's fermented add salt mix properly
  5. Grease idli mould with oil n pour idli mixture
  6. Steam idlis for 10 minutes
  7. Serve with sambhar aur coconut chatni
