ABOUT Tofu Stick RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms tofu/paneer
  2. Oil for shallow frying
  3. For marination:-1 tbsp besan
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder/flakes
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp mint leaves chopped
  9. 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  10. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  11. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tsp curd

Instructions

  1. Firstly dry roast besan in pan and keep aside.
  2. Cut tofu in wide long sticks.
  3. Place tofu in a bowl and add besan and all marination ingridents and mix well.
  4. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and transfer a marinated tofu stick and shallow fry.
  6. Shallow fry sticks until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Serve hot with any dip, ketchep and salsa.
