ABOUT Whole wheat noodles with veggies RECIPE

Whole wheat atta noodles with bundles of veggies and its my most comfort food for lazy days.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped Spinach 1 cup
  2. Chopped Cabbage 1 cup
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Chopped carrot 1
  5. Atta noodels 1 pkt
  6. Olive oil/ butter 1 tbs
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Soya sauce 1 tbs
  9. Tomato sauce 1 tbs
  10. Dry herbs
  11. Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and finely chopped the vegetables keep aside.
  2. Chopped onion and carrots.
  3. Now take a vok/deep pan and put it in a high flame. Cooking should be done in high flame only. We will tossing all the veggies.
  4. Now add oil and add onion and toss it for 1 minutes. Then add chopped carrots and saute in high flame.
  5. Next add canbage and spinach and toss it for 2 minutes and then add salt.
  6. Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, noodles masala and mixed herbs and saute for 1 minutes.
  7. Next on the top of veggies place the noodles.
  8. Cover it with veggies and turn the flame to slow and cook the noodles for 1 minutes with lid on.
  9. After that the noodles become tender and soft. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook the noodles until it become soft.
  10. When its done serve the noodles with chili flakes(optional) and enjoy.
