Stuffing of sauted broccoli with little cauliflower and potato

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grated broccoli 1 .1/2 cup
  2. Grated cauliflower 1/2 cup
  3. Boiled and mashed potato 1
  4. Dry fruits gronded 1 tbsp
  5. Dried basil 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic grated 1 tsp
  7. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  9. Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
  10. Salt, pepper , chilli powder, garam masaala
  11. oil 2 tbsp
  12. Wheat flour 2 cups
  13. Besan 1 tbsp
  14. Curd and boondi for raita

Instructions

  1. Wash and grated broccoli and cauliflower. Boil and mash potatoe
  2. Saute broccoli cauliflower in a pan with 1/2 tsp oil for 5 minutes
  3. Add all masala garlic and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Add herbs, roasted sesame seeds
  5. Add kasoori methi
  6. Turn off gas. Let it cool. Add dry fruit mix and coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Add mashed potatoes
  8. Now make paratha with this stuffing. Serve with boondi raita.
