Pizza is surely a weekend binge comfort food, nothing is better than a home baked, cheesy fiery chicken pizza.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the pizza dough :
  2. maida - 1.5 cups
  3. Active dry yeast - 1 tsp
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. sugar - 1 tsp
  6. olive oil
  7. chicken curry :
  8. Boneless chicken pieces (100gm)
  9. Chopped onion - 1
  10. ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Thyme - 1/2 tsp
  13. Other ingredients:
  14. onion (diced)
  15. Bell peppers (diced)
  16. Oregano
  17. chilly flakes
  18. Pasta sauce (readymade, if not available, substitute with mayonnaise)


  1. To make the dough, activate the yeast using warm milk, sugar. Once activated , mix it with flour, salt and knead a soft dough. Apply some oil and leave it to rise, in a warm environment.
  2. For then chicken curry, heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion. Once they are golden brown, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and salt. Cook till almost done, add thyme and cook till done. Keep aside.
  3. After 2 hrs, roll the dough into round.
  4. Now apply the pasta sauce, and generously spread the grated cheese ,cut vegetables, cooked chicken, oregano, and chilli flakes.
  5. Bake at 200℃ in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Cut and serve.
