Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup or so
  2. Beetroot...2, grated
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Carom seeds...1/4 tea spoon
  5. Ghee or oil as required

Instructions

  1. Knead wheatflour mixed with beetroot, salt, chopped green chillies and carom seeds
  2. Keep kneaded atta aside for some time
  3. Make ball, roll it with rolling pin and make parantha with the help of ghee or oil on heated tawa
  4. Enjoy with any achaar or chutney
