Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour- 200 grams
  2. Corn flour-50 grams
  3. Minced mutton- 200 grams
  4. Pearl onions- 100 grams
  5. garam masala-2 Tbsps
  6. turmeric powder-2 Tbsps
  7. olive oil-4 Tbsps
  8. oil to fry-1/2 liter
  9. chopped coriander leaves-4 Tbsps
  10. curry leaves-2 Tbsps
  11. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. CHINESE FRIED MUTTON WONTONS ! BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN !
  2. Take 125 grams all purpose flour,25 grams corn flour,1 tsp salt and olive oil !
  3. Mix well and add warm water !
  4. Knead a soft dough and close !
  5. In a saucepan sauté chopped onions,garam masala,coriander leaves,minced meat,ginger garlic paste !
  6. Add turmeric powder and sauté !
  7. Add one egg and stir until it becomes dry !
  8. Knead the dough and roll to thin sheets !
  9. Shape !
  10. Cut in to squares !
  11. Add corn flour,all purpose flour salt and water ! Make thin paste !
  12. Add corn flour paste on the corner !
  13. Fold the wonton wrapper in half in to a triangle shape ! Press the edges to seal it well !
  14. Bring the two bottom corners of the triangle together and seal them !
  15. Continue filling and folding the remaining wrappers !
  16. Mutton Dumplings !
  17. Drop the Dumplings in the hot oil !
  18. Drop gently !
  19. Fry all wontons until golden brown and crispy !
  20. CHINESE FRIED MUTTON WONTONS !
