Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flatten rice 1 cup
  2. potato 1
  3. carrot 1
  4. peas 1/2 cup
  5. Green chilies 2
  6. onion 1
  7. apple 1
  8. pineapple 1/2 cup
  9. pomegranate
  10. coriander leaves
  11. Mustard seeds for temper
  12. turmeric powder 1 tbs
  13. salt to taste
  14. Chaat masala 1/2 tbs
  15. Curry leaves
  16. Refined oil 2 tbs


  1. Wash , clean , peel and chop all the vegetables and fruits and keep aside.
  2. Next take flatten rice in a vessel and add 2 cup of water and clean it thoroughly. Now sieve the water and let it rest for 15 minutes. Flatten rice will absorb remaining water and will rise.
  3. Next preheat the deep pan and add oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves for temper.
  4. Next add peanuts and saute until golden brown.
  5. Now add chopped onion and saute the add potato and carrots and saute for few minutes.
  6. Add chopped apples, pineapple, peas and saute until its cooked.
  7. Now add prepared flatten rice , salt , Termuric powder, chaat masala and toss for few seconds.
  8. Now its done , serve hot and enjoy the breakfast.
