Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Jada Poha 1.5cup approx
  2. Potato 1 med cut into small cubes
  3. Onions 1 chopped
  4. Green chillies 2 sliced
  5. Tempering
  6. oil
  7. Whole zeera 1 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  9. few curry leaves
  10. Peanuts 2 tbsp
  11. OTHER INGRIDENTS
  12. oil
  13. Turmeric pwdr 1 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Sugar 2 tbsp
  16. Lemon juice of 1
  17. Fresh coriander 4 tbsp chopped finely

Instructions

  1. Take the poha in a colander and wash it
  2. Wash it 2 to 3 times and drain the water
  3. Add the haldi and the sugar over the poha and mix
  4. Heat the oil and add the cumin,Mustard, curry leaves,chillies ,peanuts and potatoe cubes
  5. When the potatoes turn golden,add the chopped onions
  6. When the onions turn transparent add the poha
  7. Mix well
  8. Add the lemon juice
  9. Top with 1 tbsp ghee
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander
