Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup chopped carrot
  2. 1/2 cup chopped beans
  3. 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  5. 4 boiled potatoes
  6. 2 chopped green chillies
  7. 1 tsp grated ginger
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  9. 2 tsp chili powder
  10. 1 tbsp coriander
  11. 1 tbsp chopped mint
  12. salt to taste
  13. 2 tsp oil
  14. Bread Crumbs
  15. For dry masala: 1 tsp jeera
  16. For dry masala: 4 green ilaichi
  17. For dry masala: 3 solid black pepper
  18. For dry masala: 2 laung
  19. For dry masala: 2 blades javitri
  20. For dry masala: 1/2 tsp ajwain
  21. For filling: 1/4 cup grated paneer
  22. For filling: 1/4 cup mawa
  23. For filling: 1/4 cup hung curd
  24. For filling: 1 tbsp mint chopped
  25. For filling: salt to taste
  26. For filling: chaat masala
  27. For filling: 1 chopped onion
  28. Sewaiya

Instructions

  1. 1. For the filling: In a bowl mix all filling ingredients, keep aside.
  2. 2. In a pan heat oil and add ginger and green chili. Next add rest of the ingredients except the bread crumbs. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from flame and add bread crumbs. Add dry masala, green chili and rest of the paneer filling.
  3. 3. Flatten balls and stuff filling and shape them into kebabs. Keep in fridge for some time to rest.
  4. 4. In another bowl take corn flour and water.
  5. 5. Take sewainya (mash them) in another plate.
  6. 6. Dip ball in corn flour and water mixture & coat with sewainya
  7. 7. Shallow fry and serve.
