Kofta kari

Ingredients to make Kofta kari

  • Bread 4 slice
  • Fresh cream 2 cups
  • Two onions ( paste )
  • Two tomatoes ( paste)
  • ginger one tea spoon ( paste )
  • kaju paste one table spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder one tea spoon
  • coriander powder one table spoon
  • Haldi half tea spoon
  • Sugar one tea spoon
  • Garam masala one tea spoon
  • oil one table i + for frying
  • Dry fruits one table spoon

How to make Kofta kari

  1. Take a wok add onion paste and ginger paste, haldi and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Add tomato puree , cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder
  4. Add sugar, and garam masala
  5. Mix kaju paste with one cup cream and add to the gravy , mix well
  6. Now take a bowl add cream , bread and dry fruits
  7. Make cylinder shape and fry in heated oil
  8. Fry till golden brown
  9. Transfer gravy in a serving bowl and arrange koftas and serve hot

My Tip:

Use curd instead of cream
