Carrot masala paratha is a traditional breakfast in India.

Ingredients to make Carrot masala paratha.

  • 1 cup grated carrot.
  • 1 cup wheat flour.
  • 1/2cup atta.
  • salt to taste.
  • Suger to taste.
  • onion paste 2-3 tbsp.
  • ginger, garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  • Freshly chopped coriender leaves 2-3tbsp.
  • Chopped Green chilli 2tsp.
  • Rosted cumin powder 2tbsp.
  • Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
  • Lukewarm water 1 cup.
  • butter 4-5 tbsp.

How to make Carrot masala paratha.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a semi soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
  3. Roll out each portion circle using a little wheat flour.
  4. Heat a non stick tava (griddle) and Cook it,using 1tbsp of butter,till brown spots appear on the both the sides.
  5. Garnish with butter, freshly chopped coriender leave and onion serve hot with fresh curd.
