Ingredients: 1 cup maida or apf; 1/2 cup powderd sugar; 1/2 cup milk powder; 2 tbsp cocoa powder; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 ,tsp baking soda; Pinch of salt; 3/4 cup milk; 1/4 curd; 1 tsp vanilla assence; 2 tbsp flavourless oil; 1/2 tsp lemon juice; Chocolate spread

Baking always make me happy , its a stress buster for me, i always feel comfort and happy to bake any dish chocolate cake is also one of them , here i am Sharing easy tasty n a sinful chocolate cake , let us start

Ingredients Serving: 4

1 cup maida or apf
1/2 cup powderd sugar
1/2 cup milk powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 ,tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 curd
1 tsp vanilla assence
2 tbsp flavourless oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Chocolate spread

Instructions

In a mixing bowl add milk , curd , oil and , mix well and keep aside
Now in another bowl sieve together maida , powderd sugar, milk powder , cocoa powder , baking powder baking soda and salt
Mix this dry ingredients mixture to the wet ingredients and mix with cut and fold method
Add vanilla assence and lemon juice , and mix well
Transfer the batter into a greased tin and tap for 10-12 times to realese air bubbles
Bake in a preheatead oven for 180 degree for 40 minutes
After 40 minutes check with toothpick , if come out clean , its done.
Spread some chocolate spread on it , and enjoy..!!
