Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked pasta 1 cup
  2. Marinated chicken 3/4th cup
  3. Blanched broccoli and carrot 1/2 cup
  4. Egg - 6
  5. Pasta sauce 1/2 cup
  6. Grated cheese 1/2 cup
  7. Milk 1 cup
  8. Wheat flour 2 tbsp
  9. Garlic grated 4 cloves
  10. Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  11. Herbs seasoning - 1 tsp
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Butter - 2 tbsp
  14. Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly let's assemble all our ingredients.
  2. In a deep pan take butter and saute garlic on medium flame till the raw smell is gone.
  3. Now add wheat flour and saute for a minute.
  4. Add milk and stir quickly and continuesly to get a smooth and thick sauce. Then season with salt and pepper. Mix this very well.
  5. Now mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and cook further for 2 minutes. After this is done keep pasta aside.
  6. Now in a deep pan take 2 tbsp oil, heat on medium flame and add the marinated chicken( for marinating I used 2 tbsp curd, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp , chilli powder 1/2 tsp , tandoori masala 1/2 tsp , ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp and salt as per taste)
  7. After the chicken is cooked well add the blanched carrots and broccoli. Give everything a nice stir.
  8. Whisk 4 eggs very well and pour over the chicken and veggies. Now cook this on low flame.
  9. After a minute spread the pasta we prepared earlier.
  10. Onto this spread the pasta sauce.
  11. Top it with two eggs. Break and pour them on the top layer.
  12. Sprinkle the grated cheese and herb seasoning on the top. Cover this and let it cook on very low flame for about 15 minutes.
  13. Our casserole is almost done. After 15 minutes you can see the cheese has started melting and liquid egg has started becoming firm.
  14. Now to give it tandoori flavour, take hot charcoal place it in a steel bowl and keep on the top layer pour butter over it. Cover and let it stay for 2 minutes.
  15. Tandoori casserole is ready, serve it hot with spicy chilli sauce.
