Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 raw banana.
  2. 5 tbsp besan flour.
  3. 2 tbsp dosa batter.
  4. water as per requirement.
  5. salt to taste.
  6. 1/4 tesp baking soda.
  7. 1/4 tesp asafadita.
  8. 1/2 tesp chilli powder.
  9. oil to fry.

Instructions

  1. Remove skin and cut the raw banana to thin slices length wise.
  2. In a bowl add besan flour,salt dosa batter, asafadita, soda , and chilli powder.
  3. Add a little water and make a batter ,not too thick or too thin.
  4. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  5. Dip the banana slices in the batter and fry on both sides till golden and crispy.
  6. Remove serve hot with coconut chutney.
