Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2eggs
  2. 3tsp almond powder
  3. 1/2tsp baking powder
  4. 1tsp seasonings
  5. salt to taste
  6. 2tsp +1tsp melted butter
  7. 1tsp shredded carrot
  8. 2tsp grated cheese
  9. 2tsp Veeba's carrot cucumber spreas

Instructions

  1. In a microwave bowl,add 2tsp melted butter,eggs,salt seasonings,almond powder and baking powder
  2. Beat yhem nicely amd microwave it for 90 seconds.temperature may vary.
  3. Let it cool
  4. Cut it into two equal halves now
  5. Now apply carrot n cheese with some salt n seasoning on 1 half and spread Veeba's carrot cucumber spread on other half.
  6. Close it and roast it on pan with butter from both the sides
  7. Cut it snd serve hot!
