Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sooji...lightly roasted...1 cup
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Tomato puree....1/2 cup
  4. Lemon juice....1 tàble spoon
  5. Salt and black pepper to taste
  6. Oil ....1 tea spoon for tadka
  7. Oil to fry
  8. Curry leaves ...10
  9. Mustard seeds...1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter, add curry leaves also
  2. Add milk and let it boil
  3. Add lemon juice, add suji slowly and cook till the mix leaves the pan
  4. Grease a thali and put the mix in the same and level it, cut pieces in desired shape
  5. Heat oil and fry the pieces till done
  6. Serve with any chutney of your choice
