Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour....2 cups
  2. Palak puree....1 cup
  3. Salt, green and red chilly powder to taste
  4. Ajwain 1/4 tea spoon
  5. Desi ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except ghee and make a dough and keep aside
  2. Make balls, flatten it and roll it to make roti, you may make lachha parantha
  3. Heat tawa and make parantha with the help of Desi ghee
  4. Serve with achar, chutney or any sabji
  5. Good for travel too
