Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sabudana 2 cups
  2. Tawa toasted peanuts 3/4 cup
  3. Potato 1 med cubed
  4. Green chillies 2 to 3
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar 1 to 2 tsp as per ur taste
  7. Lemon juice of 1
  8. Fresh coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped
  9. Oil
  10. Zeera 1 tsp
  11. Few curry leaves
  12. Red chilli pwdr 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the sabudana overnight in double the amount of water and squeeze half a lemon juice in it
  2. Strain the sabudana and add red chillies pwdr
  3. Tawa roast the peanuts and remove the skin and slightly crush them
  4. Heat oil and add zeera and curry leaves
  5. Add potatoes and fry till golden brown
  6. Add the crushed peanuts
  7. Add the sabudana and mix
  8. Let it cook for 2 mins
  9. Add salt and sugar
  10. Add lemon juice
  11. Serve hot
