Easy peasy healthy veg sandwich

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 12 slice brown bread
  2. 4Sliced onions
  3. 1 cup grated carrot
  4. 4 sliced tomatoes
  5. 6 Cheese Slices
  6. Lettuce leaves
  7. Lemon juice 1tsp
  8. Black pepper powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For spread - 1 cup hung curd
  11. Salt and black pepper powder.

Instructions

  1. Discard the hard sides of bread
  2. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on tomatoes and onions
  3. Mix lemon juice and salt in carrot.
  4. Whip the curd mix little salt and pepper.
  5. Now arrange the layers first apply some curd mixture then tomatoes, onion, carrot, lettuce leaves and cheese slice.
  6. Cover with second slice.
  7. Serve with sauce and chutney.
