ABOUT Chocolate Cake RECIPE

Simple. No egg, no milkmaid and very easy.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup icing sugar
  2. 2 cup milk powder
  3. 2 cup butter
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 tsp chocolate essence
  6. 1 cup refined flour
  7. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  8. 1/2 cup chocolate drinking powder
  9. 1 tsp baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. Mix the dry ingredients and sieve 3 times.
  2. Apply oil on the cake mold.
  3. Mix all the wet ingredients and beat it till it became light.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients together and mix with cut and fold method.
  5. Pour batter into the mold. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Take 250 gms dark chocolate and 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp cream, mix and melt it in a microwave for 1 minutes and pour in a piping bag.
  7. Take the whipped cream and beat it once more. And pour in to the piping bag.
  8. Apply some whipped cream on the cake. Decorate with chocolate ganache and whipped cream.
