Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour one cup
  2. Soya chunks 1 cup
  3. onion finely chopped 1 number
  4. tomatoes grated one big
  5. Green chilli ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. cashews 5 numbers
  7. chilli powder half teaspoon
  8. coriander powder 3/4teaspoon
  9. turmeric powder half teaspoon
  10. Garam masala powder half teaspoon
  11. Mayonnaise sauce 3 tablespoon
  12. ghee 2 tablespoons
  13. coriander leaves chopped to tablespoons
  14. salt


  1. Knead flour to make roti dough
  2. Make chapatis out of the dough
  3. In a bowl heat water and drop soya in it and allow it to soak for 15 minutes
  4. Squeeze out the soya chunks and grind coarsely
  5. In a kadai heat ghee and add chopped onion ginger garlic chili paste and saute till translucent
  6. Add grated tomatoes and saute well
  7. Add all the powders and saute for 1 more minute
  8. Add the minced soya chunks and cashews chopped and cook it covered for 2 more minutes
  9. add chopped coriander leaves
  10. Take a chapati spread mayonnaise sauce over it and keep some soya mixture over it and roll the chapati
