ABOUT Tofu Brown Rice Pulav RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup tofu cut into cubed
  2. 3 cup cooked brown rice
  3. 1 medium size yellow capsicum cut into dised
  4. 1/2 cup button mushroom cut into half
  5. 3 spring onion chopped
  6. 100 gms cheery tomatoes cut into half
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. 3 cloves garlic minced
  9. 3" ginger finely chopped
  10. 3 tbsp soya sauce
  11. 1 tsp chilli powder
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat add ginger, garlic and saute till 30 seconds.
  2. Now add the diced tofu with salt and saute till the tofu turns little brown in colour.
  3. Add yellow capsicum and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Now add cooked brown rice, mushroom and soya sauce and mix well.
  5. And stirring occasionally a d cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Stir everything together nicely and add til oil, salt, chilli powder and mix well.
  7. Garnish with spring onion and cheery tomatoes and serve hot.
