It is made for very less time and quickly prepared recipe in any time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup curd
  2. Pinch of turmeric powder
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 2 tbsp besan
  5. Water as needed
  6. 5 -6 chopped Curry leaves
  7. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1 tsp green chilli and ginger paste
  11. 2 pod crushed garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Take a mixi jar add 2 cup curd and besan, salt, pinch of turmeric powder. Then mix it well.
  2. Next take the pan heat 1 tsp oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves allow to splutter them. Next add crushed ginger chilli paste, crushed garlic cloves. Saute well.
  3. After add curd mixture and as needed water stir well, adjust the flame to low.
  4. Boil it few minutes . It becomes little thick flowing consistency.
  5. Now add chopped coriander leaves. Finally curd Curry is ready. Serve with roti chapati or rice
