Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 10 tsp quaker oats
  3. 80 gm sugar
  4. 100 gm mini gulab jamuns dipped in sugar syrup
  5. 50 gm kaju
  6. 4 to 5 crushed elaichi
  7. 6 tsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Reduce milk to half by boiling.
  2. Add sugar, oats, elaichi pdr and boil it for a minute.
  3. Now turn off the flame and add gulab jamuns without syrup. Take a kadai and add ghee and stir kaju for half a minute. Pour this over the gulab jamuns. Garnish with nuts.
