Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup chopped veggies(capsicum,carrots,beans and cabbage)
  2. 1/4cup small paneer cubes
  3. 2cups boiled rice
  4. 4tsp oil
  5. 1tsp sechzwan rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in kadai.Put al the chopped veggies.Saute till pink.
  2. Add paneer cubes.Toss gently.
  3. Add boiled rice.no need to add any salt or other spices.
  4. Lastly add sechzwan masala.
  5. Toss nicely and its done!
