Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms minced chicken
  2. 1/2 cup basmati rice soaked for 1-2 hrs
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. garlic leaves few chopped
  5. spring onions few chopped
  6. coriander leaves. choppy
  7. 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  8. 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/4 tsp black pepper optional
  11. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. for chutney
  13. 3 tomatoes boiled and peeled
  14. 3 red dry chilli boiled
  15. garlic few
  16. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. 1) soak rice for 1 to 2 hrs
  2. 2) heat a pan add butter
  3. 3) once butter is melted add onions and all greens sauté
  4. 4) add ginger garlic paste sauté until raw smell is gone add garam masala ,salt ,pepper
  5. 5)switch off the flame and add minced chicken
  6. 6) rub oil to your palms and make small dumplings out of the chicken mix
  7. 7) drain the rice
  8. 8) roll the chicken in rice properly see the rice stick to the chicken well
  9. 9) take a steamer plate rub some oil
  10. 10) arrange your dumplings on the plate and steam them for 20 to 25 min or until the rice is fluffy
  11. 11) for the chutney
  12. 12) boil tomatoes with a small slit on end for 5 min along with red chilli
  13. 13) add garlic ,tomatoes ,chilli,salt per taste and make into fine paste

Nice one. Did you cook rice and roll the dumplings or just like that.
