Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Medium size cauliflower
  2. Halfcup maida
  3. Quarter cup cornflour
  4. One egg
  5. Pepper n salt to taste
  6. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Onion chopped finely 1/2 cup
  8. Tomato 2
  9. Tamarind 2inch
  10. Soy sauce 1tsp
  11. Chilli sauce 1tsp
  12. Molasses syrup 1tbsp
  13. Green chilly finely chopped 5 nos
  14. Sesame oil to saute the sauce
  15. Any oil to fry

Instructions

  1. First cut the cauliflower into bit size chunks n dip into hot water by adding a tsp of salt for 3 mins. Prepare coating batter by mixing maida ,corn flour, egg, chilli powder n salt n pepper to taste. Dip each florets into the batter n fry
  2. Prepare a sauce.Saute onions in sesame oil. Add green chilli saute n add paste of tomato ginger n tamarind. Adjust seasoning. Then add sauces one by one.Add molasses. Lastly add fried veg n give it a quick stir. Garnish with coriander n ser
