Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup all purpose flour (maida)
  2. 1/4cup milk powder
  3. 1Tea spoon baking powder
  4. 1/2tea spoon baking soda
  5. 1cup Luke warm milk
  6. 1spoon vanilla essance
  7. 1spoon vinegar
  8. 1/4cup oil
  9. 1/2cup powder sugar
  10. 1/2cup condensed milk
  11. Whipping cream one bowl for icing
  12. Chopped fruits strawberry, pomegranate seeds, papaya, kiwi, grapes , or as per your choice
  13. 1/2cup sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Take a glass add milk , vinegar and vanilla essance mix well and keep aside .
  2. Sift flour , milk powder,baking powder and baking soda and keep aside .
  3. Take a baking mould greese with oil dust some flour remove extra flour and keep aside .
  4. Preheat oven for 10 mintues for 180degree temperature.
  5. Take a mixing bowl add suagr ,oil and condensed milk and mix till it becomes fluffy.
  6. Now add dry ingredients and milk mixture little by little and mix by cut and fold method .
  7. Pour the batter into baking mould tap twice and bake it preheated oven for 30mintues at 180degree temperature or as per your oven setting.
  8. Cake is ready let it cool down completely.
  9. Cut cake into two halves.
  10. At first layer spread some sugar syrup . Apply whip cream and spread some finally chopped fruits .
  11. Place the second layer of cake and follow same procedure.
  12. Now coat the cake with whipping cream full . Level it . And arrange the fruits . Like this or as per your choice
  13. Your fresh fruit cake is ready to serve .
