Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bread 3 cut into cubes
  2. Oil 3 tea spoon
  3. Mustard seed one tea spoon
  4. Turmeric powder one tea spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Curd one cup
  7. Onion 1 finely chopped
  8. Bell pepper all 3 finely chopped
  9. Green chatni one table spoon
  10. Cheese one cube
  11. Coriander and green chili for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut all three bread into cubes
  2. Take a wok heat one tea spoon oil add mustard seed, one tea spoon onion
  3. Add bread and salt mix and keep aside
  4. Again in the wok heat one tea spoon oil , add mustard seed, onion , bread , all three bell peppers
  5. Now in a small bowl put half curd , salt and turmeric powder , add to the wok and mix well Keep aside
  6. Again heat one tea spoon oil add mustard seed, onion, bread, rest half cup curd and green chatni mix well
  7. Garnish with cheese, coriander, and green chili
