    Searve hot with tamato sauce or tea/coffee.

    Dal pakora

    Ingredients to make Dal pakora

    • masoor dal 300 gm.
    • 2 medium sized onion chopped.
    • Grated garlic 1 tbsp.
    • 1 tbsp chopped green chilli.
    • 2-3 chopped coridender leaves.
    • 2 tbsp luke warm mustard oil.
    • salt to taste.
    • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
    • 1 cup sunflower oil for frying.

    How to make Dal pakora

    1. Wash and soak the dal for 3-5 hours.
    2. Grind mansoor dal.
    3. Take this mansoor dal paste in the bowl and add grated garlic, chopped Onion, green chilli,salt to taste, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,2 tbsp luke warm mustard oil and 2-3 chopped coridender leaves.
    4. Now heat the oil in the pan.fry the pakoras till crispy and golden brown.
    5. Garnish with coridender leaves and onion.
